"Excellent resort on the sunny South shore of Kauai"

The Grand Hyatt Resort is a beautiful property on the ocean. There are several pools and a lazy river, and the flowers and landscaped grounds are gorgeous! The breakfast buffet on the Ilima Terrace was plentiful and offered views of the swans and whale blowholes in the distance. The room was spacious and had double sinks in the bathroom and two luggage racks. It had two free water bottles that could be filled at the water stations. Lunch at Hale Nalu was great, and it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the ambiance of the pool area. There is a lovely ocean path leading along the shore by the Hyatt with spectacular views of the ocean and black rocks.

My family of 5 with three kids under 5 had a great time. We spent about a week at the hotel. The location to the Poipu beach was awesome. We drove but easily could have walked. The Poipu beach is great for young kids. Staff was exceptional and made my kids feel welcomed and at home. We spent a lot of time in the pools and really enjoyed the cleanliness.

"Top Notch relaxation"

The property exceeded our expectations in beauty. Our room attendant was also very observant and treated us to champagne and fruit more than once. I am likely biased though as this was my first time to Hawaii. We treated ourselves to 7 nights at this lovely resort. I hope to return someday!
