"Cousin Paul was the best!!!"

I have never taken a tour that was so entertaining, informative and relaxed. Cousin Paul was so knowledgable about the island and the history of all the major points. He worked with another tour guide to pick up guests from the cruise ship on our way to Punchbowl. He was welcoming and accommodating. He always let us know where we were going, what to expect, how much time we received at each stop. If we asked for recommendations for restaurants or other scenic spots he was able to talk to it. Pearl Harbor was so humbling and sobering. It was like experiencing 911 all over again just in a different era. The tour length was perfect since we had school aged kids, that hadn't learned this part of US History. The USS Missouri was also a great tour because you were able to go below and walk around inside the ship. To try to understand and get a glimpse into the lives of our military was humbling. I highly recommend taking this tour and requesting Cousin Paul as your tour guide.

"Arizona Memorial -Enoa bus tour"

We bought this tour because the pre booked free tickets were booked out 2 weeks before we got there. The tour is fine but is really jsut a bus trip with some commentary and the guide has your tickers already so no lining up. The 'guide' was OK but late back to the bus for return trip and just going through the motions. Note tickets to the Arizona are free if you get a bus yourself - you just need to book them online a month or so before you get there. You can get free tickets if you line up during the day but we didnt want to waste our time and risk missing out anyway so booked this trip. Fine for what it is and you have the spare cash for an expensive bus ride and avoiding a line for tickets.

"Waiting and rushing "

Very disappointed with the afternoon East Shore Tour. We were rushed through the tour due to several in the group who just had to be back at their hotel for an early dinner reservation, and then we stopped at a shop under the guise of letting us use the restrooms, but it seemed more like a ploy to get us to buy things from the shop owner. I took this exact same tour in 2014, and it was lovely....but not this time :(

A wonderful tour of Honolulu, Punch Bowl, Pearl Harbor and USS Missouri. Lots of local flavor and stories. Our family enjoyed and would do it all over again.
