This was my first trip away since my husband passed and I was very nervous. We had one bus driver for 3 days! He was amazing! He made me fell safe first. His personality was great with everyone. He took us everywhere and knew everything anyone asked him. He was so planned out and organized. We were a group of 56 and we all enjoyed our Leo B. His love and knowledge of Oahu was spectacular. He was just a pleasure! I would recommend this tour line to everyone!! Young and old!! Thank you Leo you made the beginning of our trip really nice. Didn't have to worry about anything except the time lol! You were a blessing! Terry Wiles , PA

"Full-Day Air and Land Volcano Adventure from Oahu"

Give this tour a miss. We were aware the helicopter over the volcano may not occur due to weather etc which unfortunately ours got cancelled and in the process of receiving a refund. We joined the tour bus to then spend the next 10 hours driving around Hilo visiting 2 waterfalls, macadamia processing plant, candy store, planetarium, a run down zoo. We passed same schools 3 times which our driver talked about each time he spoke about a golf course in-depth spoke about places around Waikiki even though we were on a totally different island. We were a small group of 11 people we asked to see a local black sand beach as we had never seen one. Told no. No flexibility we had to beg to get off to see Main Street of Hilo but by this time the stores were closed. We understand the part of the tour to volcano national park is closed but something else has to be added to this tour to fill in the time and make it worth while rather than driving around passing the same places numerous times. When I travel I want to know about the places I’m seeing the history etc not about my tour guide’s personal life. It was a long disappointing day and a very expensive tour for 10 hours of driving around in circles. This company needs to revise this tour.

We booked and completed the all day Pearl Harbor tour today. Our transport was on time and the day was carefully planned and executed. Our guide was courteous, funny and knowledgeable. We didn’t have to wait in any queues and had sufficient time to see everything. We had an amazing day. Ed you were a wonderful host. Thank you.

Great tour of the Arizona Memorial and circle tour of the island. We would never seen some of the beautiful parts of the island had we not gone on this tour. A real must for first time visitors and worth every penny. Our tour guide Keau Low, better known as Clifford, was amazing. Very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. A very enjoyable day.

"Terrible Customer Service - confirm and re-confirm if you want to actually do what you paid for"

NOTE: I read a similar review to this before I booked and dismissed it. Since I had the same experience and now see a couple of others, I highly recommend you read this review in its entirety. MY EXPERIENCE: I booked the road to Hana tour two weeks before our Hawaii vacation. The confirmation email didn't have a hotel pick up time and they never called to confirm. I happened to be on a charter tour with them 2 days before our booked Hana tour and our driver, Peaches, who was awesome by the way, called from her personal cell to help me confirm the pick up time. The gentleman I spoke to said our pick up tim was 6:35 am. He didn't seem terribly confident so I confirmed a second time. He assured me it was 6:35. We got to the lobby before 6:30 am and waited. At 6:40 I finally got through to someone on the phone. She couldn't find our reservation when I gave her my name. I finally was able to find the reservation number. Once I provided that, she stated our pick up time was 6 am and they considered us a no show and left. I asked why they didn't call and she stated "they don't do that. they wait 5 min and if you aren't there, they leave". BTW, the other tour company I was with earlier in the week did call those that weren't there right on time. When I explained again the situation on the pick up time, there was nothing they could do and said I would have to call back for a refund and that we could expect it in 10-14 business days. After a bit of back and forth, she finally agreed to request the refund for us, but this now left us with no tour and no time to book another one. The concierge at our hotel told us about an app we could get to drive ourselves. It's called Shaka. An islander recorded the entire trip telling us where to stop, where to skip, info about each stop, info in between, and wonderful island history. The best part, it was $7!!! We saved ourselves over $350 by doing this! I recommend driving yourself and saving the money. You will have a way better time and you will know you are getting what you paid for.
