"Brilliant Day on the Big Island with Polynesian Adventure Tours"

Its a very early start from Oahu and late finish. So this could put people off, but it was the most fantastic day ever. If you do this trip serious consider the Helicopter Flight if you can afford it. This was the best part of the trip. The organisation was fantastic, great people to deal with the whole day.

We used Gray Line Tours to go to Pearl Harbor, our tour guide drove all around town then rushed us through PH. We didn't have enough time to fully enjoy and pay our respect.

"Day trip to Big Island and Helicopter Tour"

Unfortunately the helicopter tour was cancelled due to bad weather - I probably wouldn't have booked the tour without that option. The first half of Island tour was commercial going from Macadamia shop to orchid shop so that you can spend money. The second half of the tour was very interesting - going through the volcano national park. It was a very long tour (being picked up at 4.30 am and not returning until 10 pm) it could have been a little shorter

"Pearl Harbor and Honolulu City Highlights (Tour 2B)"

Good tour guide and site visits. Was very disappointed when the ferry to the USS Arizona memorial was canceled by the National Parks Service due to unusually high tides that afternoon. This was to be the highlight of the tour in my opinion and was the main reason we booked it. I later found out that the tide warning had been issued by the weather bureau and was a known announcement. We should have received a partial reimbursement in spite of the legal wording on the website. I requested this and was denied.
