Serge and Orion were knowledgeable and competent, lots of fun facts along the way. Our first time zip lining and can’t wait to come back. The first couple lines were really short but the last few more than made up for it. Good time!

From The Moment we all Met Charles & Gabe on the Front porch as we were getting suited up and ready to zip, we made an instant connection with them. The jokes and comments were so funny and perfect!. They made us laugh and we had some good comebacks and got the two of them to laugh as well!. What a GREAT TEAM! and I was never scared and it was a wonderful experience. I only wish I had my camera ready on the last 1/2 mile zip across the falls as I seen a rainbow at he bottom of the falls, But I didn't want to take a chance of dropping anything! But what an Awesome time!! Loved it. The getting to taste a fresh banana and real sugar cane was a treat too! The scenery and views are amazing.. Just a Great time!

"Amazing view of waterfall"

Family of five traveling with our two teenage boys and teenage daughter. We had a great time learning to zip line and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The first few zip lines are to get you used to the equipment and the last few are the exciting ones. We had so much fun, as the guides Gabe and Jack were professional, well versed on The Big Island of Hawaii, and the Hawaiian culture. They were funny, too, and had us laughing most of the time. It’s not a cheap venture, but it certainly will be a lifelong memory for us! There are many opportunities to take photos or videos with your phone, and when you check in you will be offered a free to use fanny-pack. Recommend you take one and bring your phone along. You are far enough away from the waterfall that you don’t need to worry about mist getting your phone wet. We would definitely do this again!

Wow wow wow, ziplining through the Big Island's rainforests was AMAZING! The falls are stunning, and the adrenaline rush is so much fun. It's super safe, their upkeep is stellar and their equipment is in great shape. Shout out to Maurice and Miles for being the funniest and best zipline guides! 10/10, mahalo!!

Having to take visitors on adventures is a blessing and curse of living on the Big Island, this was a good one. We have done multiple zip lines and this has been the best experience. Great scenery and increasingly long lines culminating with a spectacular glide over a waterfall was enhanced by our exceptional guides Gabe and Rob. They ensured that we felt safe, provided local insights into the nature and culture, with a good bit of humor. Even better if you can get the Kamaaina rates or find a Groupon Coupon.
