Description

from Pearl Harbor Remembered
At the Pacific Historic Parks Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, exhibits, detailed replicas, and media displays tell the story of World War II and the attack on Pearl Harbor and its aftermath, bringing it intimately to life.

On the USS Arizona Memorial, built over the remains of the sunken ship, visitors pause to reflect on the familiar date of the attack in December 1941. Aboard “Mighty Mo,” the USS Missouri, discover a copy of the signed surrender document that ended the war and learn about the battleship’s wartime history. Visit the USS Oklahoma Memorial, which stands as a monument to those who lost their lives on that ship during the attack.

Your tour continues with a drive through the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl Crater. Here, 38,000 markers pay tribute to the men and women of the US Armed Forces who have sacrificed for their country.

Next, head through downtown Honolulu, passing the historic ‘Iolani Palace – official residence of Hawaii’s monarchy and Oahu’s iconic King Kamehameha Statue before arriving at your final stop, the Home of the Brave Museum. This highly-rated museum honors those who bravely served during World War II. Step back in time and explore the sights and sounds of an era that changed history through artifacts, photographs, and stories of courage from veterans of WWII.

We did the pearl harbour, mighty missouri and waikiki full day tour. It was a cloudy raining day, but that did not dampen the mood. Our tour guide Cousin Paul, was fantastic, he made us all feel like family. Having both the mighty mo and pearl harbour in one tour was awesome, gives great bookends to the war. Learned a lot that was never taught in school, a must for anyone going to Hawaii.

My wife and I took the island tour yesterday. Our drivers name was rocky. One of the best tour guides I've ever had. On our tour they take you around almost the whole island. Stopping at all different sites. From photo stops to state parks, even a old Buddhist temple. If you want to know about the Real Hawaii this is your tour. They put in some extra stops and we even got to see whales. This is not one of the bigger tour company's. I think that's why you get a more personal experience. I can see why they have been in business 40 years. My suggestion would be do this tour first then make your plans of what next to do.

"Pearl Harbour 4 hour Tour"

We recently did the 4 hour Pearl Harbour tour that actually picks up from Koolina. Was a good price and we planned it on a Wednesday so that instead of going back to our resort we would go to Aloha Stadium to walk through the swap meet. The Pearl Harbour film and ferry ride to the Arizona Memorial was very very good. Don't bring purses or backpacks ...but you can check them for $3. Thanks to Cousin Brandon for all the information and thanks for dropping us off at the stadium. He was very friendly.

This tour was great. Obviously seeing the Memorial was a great thing, but E Noa Tours helped make it special too. They were on time, the bus was clean (not so with some Tour Companies) and our guide was quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend E Noa!
