Excellent use of the day! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Lunch at Volcano restaurant was expensive and not worth the $$$,but not in control of bus operator. The volcano itself made the day.

Our customer service experience began when we had an early morning telephone call to advise our open top double decker bus had broken down and we were offered alternative solutions. We chose to continue on with the today's tour via closed air-conditioned coach, which was a delight with temps well into the 80Fs. Our driver was knowledgeable and pleasant with all his tour information talks and guiding us safely around our main drop off point, via a well marked map of the Pearl Harbour Memorial site. The tour was on time and very slick. We had plenty of time to browse the respective museums (note extra entrance fees apply - adult between $7-$12 from memory), eat and view souvenirs. The Arizona Memorial, which included a short narration (20mins), based on original pieces of film edited together, in what can only described as interesting, informative and very tasteful when dealing with such a traumatic event in world a history. Then we ventured on to the ready and waiting Launch to take us on the 5 min trip to the Memorial itself. Again this was a moving experience and quiet an incredible structure built over the Ship. After what seemed a brief moment (15-20mins) we were guided back on board by the Park Rangers to our Launch to end our tour of Pearl Harbour. With our coach ready and waiting we concluded our tour back into Waikiki centre then beach area and disembarked right on time around 3pm. Great tour and service thank you.

The best locations ,we visited were Volcanic park which is very interesting , black sand beach with turtle. We learnt a lot during the tour about Big Island history. Unfortunately the tour was not include the international space observatory in Big island.
