The weather was a bit rainy, but the view was still amazing. I love that we were able to see the Na Pali coast in a way that you never see on the post cards. The water was too ruff in the 1st and 2nd snorkel spots but our fearless crew found us a safe place to snorkel. My daughter was able to go in the captains are and steer the boat, and learn about the boat. We ended the evening dancing on the deck till we made it back to port. I will be going on this cruise again next year when i return to Kauai.

We were so lucky to be on this trip. Captain Kauai and crew were the best. They truly do everything for you. My husband is an amputee with a prosthetic leg and they were so accommodating. We had it all and could not have asked for a better tour of the Nepali Coast. Crew, weather, rain, whales and beautiful sunset. I truly recommend.

"Outstanding half day Napoli Coast/Snorkel Cruise"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

This 5 hour cruise was probably the highlight of our trip to Kauai. The Captain and crew were incredibly knowledgeable about the tour and what to expect ie mainly sea conditions. The forecast did call for decent swells so we did take a pill of Dramamine prior to departure but it turned out we did not need it as the captain said it was calmer than forecasted. The snorkel spot they took us to was outstanding - we swam with several large sea turtles and a monk seal. We saw hundreds of spinner dolphins putting on a show for us and then to cap it off, we saw three humpback whales on our trip up the Napoli Coast. Then there was the Napoli Coast itself which is one of the most stunning pieces of landscape I have ever seen. The deli style lunch was great and the open bar on the return trip was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

We were booked to head out to the Na Pali Coast on Thursday but this got cancelled due to poor weather. So we headed out today instead. And were we in for a treat! We set out for the unreachable Na Pali Coast but only made it to the beginning of Na Pali before we head to turn back due to rough seas - that was an understatement. Despite this, we managed to witness some gorgeous whales breaching and tailing during their mating rituals whilst migrating. That was such a wow. The crew members were super friendly and helpful, and Captain Kauai was tops with his informative yet humourous stories of the area. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thanks guys! Word of advice: bring a raincoat or poncho for the massively wet ocean sprays and take loads of motion sickness medications/acupressure wrist bands for those prone to feeding the fish in rough conditions.

"Na Pali Deluxe Catamaran Snorkel - plus dolphins"

We had an incredible experience with Kauai Sea Tours. The crew were all very friendly, fun, and educational. The tour starts with a buffet breakfast inside the cabin. There is a good selection of baked goods, coffee, and juice. Despite the number of people on the boat, it never felt overcrowded. There are plenty of places to stand or sit and have a good view of the coast. We were fortunate to spot the first humpback whale (tale splash and all) of the season as well as a monk seal in the water! We also toured with spinner dolphins for a good portion of the boat ride. The views of the coast are incredible. The snorkeling is weather dependent. We were fortunate to have our crew find a safe place to snorkel toward the end of the trip since a swell had come in earlier that was unexpected. The visibility wasn't great, but we saw some fish. In case anyone's worried, one of the crew members gets in the water with everyone who chooses to snorkel or just swim and puts out a paddleboard as a visible, safety precaution. They provide snorkels, masks, and fins, so you don't need to bring anything. At the end of the snorkel, they disinfect everything in a bleach solution. Lunch is a deli buffet so you can choose what to put on your sandwich. For vegetarians, you can make a cheese, tomato, and lettuce sandwich if you wish. They also had pasta salad. After the snorkeling, the bar opens. Drinks are included in the price of the tour, so feel free to enjoy them. They had mai tais, beers, and wine. Oh yeah, non alcoholic drinks were available too. The crew came around the decks and served cookies and additional drinks too! The captain enjoyed playing music according to what we saw or he talked about. He was a lot of fun. Overall, the tour provided great service, views, and information.

"Na Pali Sunset Adventure"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed November 02, 2017
We took the Sunset Dinner Cruise a couple of weeks ago when the sea was very choppy. The Captain was clear that this would be more of an adventure than a cruise - he was right. Nevertheless he negotiated the waters brilliantly and we were able to see the whole of the stunning Na Pali coastline and we came home with some wonderful memories. The crew were excellent and took great care to ensure that everyone stayed safe as well as acting as great hosts. Drinks were plentiful, the food was good. We had an unexpected sighting of spinner dolphins who aren't usually around in the afternoon. Thank you for an excellent tour.
