My wife and I rode horses here the first full day of our honeymoon in Maui. It was such a great choice and an amazing way to kick off a trip. The horses were all very well trained and cared for, and our guide, Butch, was awesome! He knew a ton about the ranch and the island. The views were spectacular and the ranch is beautiful. We stayed for the BBQ lunch and I would do that again every time. Great BBQ chicken and beef short rib!

"Great family activity"

We all loved this ride- 2 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 13. The ranch staff is welcoming and authentic. They offer a tasty BBQ lunch before or after your ride, as well. We have been on various trail rides at places throughout the US and found this to be the best ride we have ever done. The views are amazing, the horses were well cared for and content. I was impressed that the horses were well behaved and not barn sour as so may trail horses become. We all loved the uphill runs! Thank you to Butch, aka Cowboy Paparazzi, for a great experience. Mahalo nui loa, a hui hou!

"Beautiful Views, wonderful Staff."

We were supposed to take the 9:00am ride. However, we got caught up in traffic jam for over an hour on the other side of the island. When we arrived at the ranch, our tour had already left. The woman who helped us couldnt have been nicer. She asked us to come back for the 12:00pm ride. She wouldnt have had to do that for us. The rest of the staff was wonderful. The views are breath taking. We really had a great time and would recommend this tour to anyone with little experience riding or, lots of experience riding. Either way you will have a great time. We purchased this through Groupon so, we got a good deal. However, it would be worth the full price. Im sorry I dont remember our trail guides name. He was really nice, had passion fruit for the riders and horses, and stopped several times to take our pictures. He was really excellent. Dont miss this excursion!

"Nice horse ride"

We went on the afternoon ride. My family had a great time. We had Chad and Derrick as our guides. They were awesome especially with kids. Chad was especially encouraging to all the kids on the ride. We made a stop where chad and derrick pulled all the family on horses together for some pictures. The trail is dusty so I suggest sun glasses to keep the dirt out of your eyes. My 8 year old was scared at first but by end of the ride he wanted his horse to run. Thanks for nice easy ride and views.
