"Great day every fun crew and company!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

We had an amazing time the crew was so fun the managers working the main waiting area is really fun and the crew is the same. They all want you to have a great day and come back and you will!! You can’t take camera as it’s very dangerous but they give you go pros to use so all good!! It’s worth the price as they make sure you have fun. My daughter had never driven a jet ski before and she was like a fish to water with the crews help. They are also very safe and will keep anyone who doesn’t follow the rules out of your way so you will have fun. You will make friends as you fly by them at high speeds what a thrill!!

Had a good experience being the first timers to lot of the water sports. I want to mention their Manager Koko. She was extremely helpful. As a family we did a lot of activities and she did a wonderful job in coordinating.

It was fun, but it took an hour to get there. The parasailing crew was AWESOME, so was the jetski crew... However, the safety video was outdated and a waste of time to watch. The office staff was dismissive and when we returned with our memory card thinking we'd have video and photo memories forever, we were met with "oh, it looks like your card was broken and there's no video, sorry." The cost of the disc of photos was $50 and we got home (5000 miles away) and there are NO images on the disc!!!

"Scuba diving and Jet skiing"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed August 19, 2018
So we booked thru H2O watersports for my wife and I to Scuba dive, and the 2 of us and several of her family to jet ski. When I booked on the phone I spoke to a few different people. I had to call back to make sure my reservations were completely understood because 1 lady i spoke to , her english wasn't so great. It was a little crowded and slightly chaotic in the small office at H2O. The staff was mostly friendly. On to the scuba review. This was a different company that books thru H2O I guess. The captain Sheila was very nice and helpful. The entire crew seemed very experienced. Our dive instructor, Colton , was amazing. Young guy, but VERY experienced. When we dove, it was just him and my wife and me. First time scuba for us both. He went thru all the things that we needed to know, before we dove, safety and hand signals etc. When we were down diving, he was an excellent guide, and was on top off checking our air tanks etc to make sure we were doing fine. Again he was a great guide and made the experience absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Captain Sheila and Colton as a dive instructor. On to the jet ski. Staff was ok at the floating platform Some were nicer than other's but overall it was a really fun time. The pic and video (Go Pro is attached to the jetski) were really cool if not a little pricey. $75 on a thumbstick for pics and video. My biggest complaint was that the staff in the office told me that pics and video would be offered at the scuba dive, but were not. This isn't a knock on the dive crew, but a miscommunication with the staff at the H2O office. Overall I would recommend H2O for fun water activity experience, and would highly recommend Captain Sheila and dive instructor Colton for the scuba.

"Absolutely terrible service"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed August 14, 2018
They made us watch the safety video twice and then you have to jump in the line. So we lost our place in line. The boat came to pick up the passengers and we were told to wait for the next boat even though everyone from our group boarded. The manager who wears a purple or burgundy shirt is absolutely terrible she is not helpful at all. We weren’t the only ones mad at the terrible service.
