from Majestic Circle Island
As you set off for Oahu’s South Shore and the familiar outline of Diamond Head, enjoy stories and island history shared by your guide enhancing each stop and view: the tropical fish and reefs of Hanauma Bay; famous Halona Blowhole; scenic Sandy Beach; and spectacular Makapu’u Lookout on the island’s southeastern tip.

As you head towards Oahu’s Ko’olau Mountain Range, views from the windswept Nu'uanu Pali Lookout are picturesque as your guide brings to life tales of ancient battles fought there. You'll also visit the peaceful, serene grounds of the Byodo-In Buddhist Temple, nestled in a green gem of a valley. Ringing the temple’s Peace Bell is said to ensure happiness and a long life.

Dropping down to Oahu’s North Shore, quaint towns and a laid-back local scene provide the backdrop to world famous surfing beaches – Banzai Pipeline, Sunset and Waimea Bay. The famous Waimea Falls lays behind lush rainforest, where you stroll among the thousands of varieties of exotic plants, unique species of Hawaiian birds, and archeological sites of Oahu’s historic Waimea Valley. This stop is a favorite because of “the beautiful scenery the valley has to offer and the peaceful sounds of birds and water flowing from the falls.”

Dole Plantation provides the day’s final stop on this ultimate Oahu Circle Island Tour. A cool frozen pineapple whip or sweet fresh pineapple – a real “Taste of Hawaii” – are hard to resist as you pick up a souvenir or two.

"Not worth it, especially for single traveler"
December, 2015
I was bumped because they wanted to sell another ticket. Messed up my vacation schedule so I missed other things later. Two of the stops are just for you to buy things-nothing much to see. Since I had a day to kill on my own, I saw three of the major stops on the shuttle for a lot less money - I was hoping to have more time or better access on the more expensive tour but did not. Very dissatisfied.

""Cousin" Brandon was a nightmare "

We had high hopes for our tour and no doubt Pearl Harbor was amazing. However, our tour guide Brandon (he asked to be called Cousin Brandon), was a complete nightmare and made everyone on the bus uncomfortable to the point that no one spoke or asked any questions. It started innocently enough when an 8 year old in our party began to ask questions but Brandon got tired of the back and forth and began to lecture the group about respect and why kids need to learn about respect. He then asked the group if we minded if someone without any kids (i.e., him) gave parenting advice. When someone in another group (not with us) responded that he did not want to hear any advice, Brandon called him out and asked him to identify himself. Needless to say, Brandon decided to give a lecture on parenting and why corporal punishment was necessary and how in Oahu people regularly hit their kids with belts, towels, etc. It was a wonder why he couldn't understand why no one other than the kids continued to engage with him (he chalked it up to us not having had coffee). Because of Brandon's rants we got very little in the way of the history of the island and/or Pearl Harbor. We did hear a lot about how Brandon did have a degree in some science and how kids should become a tour guide. All in all, Pear Harbor was amazing but I would not recommend a tour where Brandon was your tour guide.

"Pearl Harbor Remembered"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed April 26, 2017 NEW
This tour, lead and narrated by Alex, provided a great historical perspective of Hawaii and the Islands as we traversed the streets of Honolulu. Once we arrived at Pearl Harbor, he provided sufficient information for the group to get to each place. I do wish we could have spent more time at Pearl Harbor. Food selections are very limited but bottled drinks are plentiful. Visitors must remember that bags of any size are not allowed unless you are going to check them for $4.00 each. We brought only small items that we could easily store in our pockets. The auxiliary coach to Ford Island and the Missouri was a bit overcrowded but not the fault of E Noa Tours. The tour aboard the Missouri was excellent and sufficient in length. At the Punchbowl National Cemetery, Alex positioned the coach so we could get photos as he was not allowed to park in the cemetery itself. All in all, it was a great day and very informative. We certainly recommend it for history enthusiasts.
