"Tour of Hana road on Maui. "

Had a great tour on Maui with our guide Bjorn Erlandson. He was informative and kept us entertained on the drive. As we past by sights he would pass back photos of them at different times and would tell us more on the sight. My parents took the same tour 2 days later and had Bjorn and lived him as well. I would recommend this tour and guide to anyone coming to Hawaii.

"Mixed feelings at Circle Island Tour"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

We used Roberts Hawaii twice : once to go to the hotel from the airport, and the other was the Circle Island Tour. On the first one it was difficult to locate the driver. Once we found the driver, it was easy afterwards. On the Circle Island Deluxe Tour, cousin Dwight could not find our name on the list first and even asked us to wait for another bus. When I insisted that I had booked online and showed the electronic version, he went through the list and found our name. The Tour was alright and Dwight's explanation was excellent. Hanauma Bay and Gone with the wind beach lookout were good , but the stop at the Coral shop was not needed . We could have used that time to make a stop later at Turtle beach. Kualoa Ranch Tour was good but we wish we had more time. There was confusion at the Lunch as our name was not highlighted in the list although we had paid for the Deluxe tour . Anyway Dwight took care of the situation. Macadamia nut factory and Dole plantation tour were good boy there was a big line to eat at Dole restaurant. There should be good coordination between the guide/ driver and the dispatchers.

We used them to book our shuttle transfer to and from the hotel. Perfect service on both ways. Easy to book online and they are prompt with the information of pick ups. The vehicle is more than adequate and safe. The drivers were courteous and helpful. I would definitely used them again if ever back in Hawaii.

"Unproffesional Management and Staff"

I was booking an airport shuttle and the staff on the phone was very rude. Some of the girls on the phone were swearing & laughing in the background. I also wanted a refund and the management took forever to refund me back my money. Save your money and take a taxi instead!

We were in Hawaii last week and went on the Stars & Stripes Tour with Roberts and our tour guide and driver was Dwight. Dwight was an absolute gentleman and so knowledgable, entertaining and courteous. We would definitely use Roberts again. The coach was clean and comfortable. We also did the outlet tour with Roberts and that was so easy. Very obliging.
