"Reliable service"

We booked this o go to the shopping outlet At Waikele, bus was on time, very busy and you need to make sure you are on the right bus, there were lots of people milling around. It was effiecient and the staff gave clear instructions about return journey. The only negative thing was one of their staff was so abrupt and rude to all of the guests, one word answers, huffing and puffing when people had a question, a shame and not our usual experience on tours in Hawaii.

"Reliable Airport Shuttle"

I read the blogs about airport shuttles not turning up so I didn’t book anything and just turned up on the day. The Roberts team were really helpful and cost US$16 each way to Waikiki. Great driver and only 8-10 people in a bus so it doesn’t take too long. I booked the return fare and they already have the pickup times organised for the trip home. Truly very organised and helpful service and less than half of a taxi!

"Airport transport"

We booked return airport transport from our hotel to Honolulu international airport. My partner and I were first to be picked up. The driver was rude, didn’t help with our bags, ate during the trip and spoke mumbled. Not impressed for $16 each.

"Great Day!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

We booked the All of Oahu tour via Go Card (Smart Destinations). I have been reading the reviews which indicated it was hit or miss so I managed my expectations. Fortunately for us, it was an absolute hit. “Cousin” Dwight was our driver and the day was nearly perfect. Great way to spend your first day on the island. Couple of tips: sit on the right side of the bus and get us close to the front as possible as some lines at the Dole Planation and for Lunch can require some patience. Lunch was obviously not at a four star restaurant but I enjoyed the food. One plate can easily feed two people especially given the time frame. Oh also, the bus was fairly modern and clean. If you hate air conditioning like I do - bring something. You can leave your items in the bus as necessary.

"Chaotic and disorganised"

We booked on line to go to the Waikele Premium Shopping Outlets and were at the pickup point outside our hotel 10 minutes early as advised by Roberts. There were two Roberts buses parked at the pickup point and many people milling around. The bus drivers were ticking people off their lists. We asked both drivers if they were going to the outlets and both replied that they were going to the Polynesian Cultural Center. When we asked where the shuttle for the outlets was they both replied that they did not know. They did not tell us that the outlets bus was parked further up the road but because there was a bend in the road it was not visible from the pickup point. When we finally established the location of our bus it had left. Apparently the Roberts representative was aware that two people were missing but did not come to the pickup point where we were waiting. To make matters worse when we phoned Roberts they first put us on hold for 5-10 minutes then hung up. We detailed our experience in an email and Roberts has not given us the courtesy of a reply. On the basis of our experience we could not recommend Roberts to anyone.
