The staff at Atlantis was very courteous. The entire process was very smooth and the trip itself was very memorable. We would highly recommend the same, although the $25 photo op is probably not worth it. You do get a CD with over 200 professional underwater photos, but it doe snot include a digital copy of the family itself. They should have included that in the package. Overall, a very wonderful experience and highly professional staff.

We signed up for this as a way for my mom to do some snorkeling without having to get in the water (she has a thing about that) and even though it's a little pricey we are still glad we did it. We bought our tickets online which was very easy, and met up with the staff at the designated spot. You take a short, five-minute boat ride to where the sub is, and they explain the rules and what to expect when you get on the sub. Once aboard, you sit on a bench that runs down the middle of the sub and look out the porthole as the sub goes down. You see all sorts of fish, coral, and such. Unfortunately the visibility is not as good as it is in the Caribbean, a friend says it has to do with the differences between the pacific and atlantic oceans. But you still get to see quite a bit, and some of the fish come right up to the boat. It was a lot of fun and I'd definitely do it again.

A really enjoyable adventure! I liked that they kept it natural and didn't throw chum in to artificially attract fish...very interesting without a frenzy feeding.

This was a lot of fun! I'm not a big fan of snorkeling, but it seems a shame to come to Hawaii and not see at least a little of the underwater life. This trip was a great way to do that. The equipment here is top-notch, with everything in great shape and knowledgeable guides to share lots of information. My husband and I enjoyed this ride a lot, and the kids that were on the trip were especially excited. If I ever get back to Hawaii this will be on our list to do again.
