the tour bus guide she was great and knowledgeable about all the sights. the tour time was too short to see more than the memorial , had to miss out on the missouri and the bowfin ,so if wanting to see these book a longer tour. the flea market is the same as the one at kings village in waikiki so save your time as well they do not bargain much on prices.

This was our first trip to Hawaii, and this one was one we were not going to miss. Watching the movie, seeing what happened, and knowing who all sacrificed their lives that day, made it a very somber, yet remarkable day.

My father was career USAF and I’ve had the pleasure of living in Japan and all across our beautiful nation. This memorial is heartbreaking, beautiful, and filled with hope that two nations can live at peace. We’ve all made our equal share of mistakes. This is a must see. Just make sure you book your free tickets way ahead of time & be respectful of the rules. 💔❤️🌼🌺🌸

Beautiful memorial for those who lost their lives. The ship still has fuel leaking out of it. Well done and makes you realize the catastrophe of that day.

The only thing I really wanted to do in Oahu was to visit the memorial. It is a sobering visit especially when you learn that those who survived the bombing of the ship can have their ashes interred with their shipmates. We had booked our trip on line through the National Park Service but when our time came, they were not running the water shuttle due to weather. We were able to go later that day as a "stand by" and only had to wait 15 or 20 minutes. The video prior to boarding the shuttle certainly was eye opening as there is footage from the Japanese as well
