Enjoy a 20 minute ride from the Kapalua Resort adventure Center to our Mountain Outpost located 1,400 feet above sea level. After a quick safety introduction and equipment fitting / explanation you will enter the “threshold to adventure”, A 6 element high ropes course designed to encourage guest participation which will have you laughing with and rooting for each other within minutes of your experience. Our multi element high ropes challenge course is on a belay system to keep the group moving through each element that only adds to the level of excitement, literally, 40 feet off the ground! Add that with our “Leap of Faith” and you won’t look at life’s daily hurdles the same way again, working together to contest elements of varying difficulty you can come in touch with your “inner adventurer” and achieve new levels of fun on our high Ropes Challenge Course and Zip Line Tours
This is a combination tour of our high ropes challenge course with the longer lines of our most popular Zipline experience; includes 6 Element Ropes Course, Zip lines #5, 6 and 7, granola bar and water. What to Bring AND Do: Wear hiking or lacing athletic shoes that cover the entire foot and layered clothing for a comfortable experience. Participants must be 10 years of age or older and weigh between 60 lbs. and 250 lbs. Zipline tour riders need to be able to carry or lift 15 lbs. of weight. Rain or shine, we provide the helmets and gear. Safety orientation is included. Maximum Duration of Tour: 3.5 hours |

Frequently Asked Questions
What should visitors wear and/or bring for their Kapalua Zipline Adventure?
Required - Closed toe hiking or athletic type footwear - No Crocs allowed.
Be advised that the weather can change quickly so layered clothing is a good idea. Remove hanging or dangling jewelry and rings before attempting the climbing tower. Kapalua Adventures is not responsible for the loss of personal items such as cameras and sunglasses. Patagonia rain jackets will be provided at the beginning of experience.
Are there age restrictions?
Participants must be at least 10 years old and weigh at least 60 lbs. Also, riders cannot weigh over 250 lbs.
What are the weight restrictions?
Riders must be a minimum 60 lbs. and can weigh no more than 250 lbs.
Do guests need to sign a waiver at Kapalua Adventures?
Yes, all guests must sign a waiver. Also, guests under the age of 18 will need a guardian's signature before zipping.?
Where is Kapalua Adventures and the Kapalua Activity Center Located?
Turn left off Highway 30 at the main entrance of Kapalua Resort. Turn right after second building on the right side and then right into the parking lot. Check-in is located at the Kapalua Activity Center, 2000 Village Road.
Are Zipline tours cancelled due to weather?
Tours will run Rain or shine; however cancellations may occur during high winds, severe thunderstorms, or hazardous weather. In these events, we will do our best to re-book your tour immediately or provide a refund as appropriate.
My friends want to come but aren't purchasing a tour. Is there a place for them to watch?
Unfortunately, guests are not able to come out on tour if they are not part of the group.
When do I need to check in prior to my Zipline Tour?
We ask that you check in at the Kapalua Activity Center at least 30 minutes prior to your tour to ensure enough time for preparations. All parties will need to sign waivers, review equipment, and understand details of the tour.
